RetroRate is assumable loan software built for real estate professionals. Assumable VA and FHA loans often sit in listings without structured marketing, even when they could save buyers hundreds per month compared with a new loan at current rates. RetroRate searches markets for assumable listings, ranks them with RetroMatch™ based on rate, balance, and other factors, and supports verification through mortgage statement cross-checks and a Verification of Loan (VOL) report with a Verified badge. Agents can compare assumable payments to a new loan at the same cash to close, add that story to remarks and sites, and run pre-listing address checks before a home hits the market. Broker dashboards show office-wide assumable inventory and whether listings are marketed or verified. MLS partners can expose RESO v2.2 assumable loan data in search; developers can use RetroRate's API. Buyers can also use the free VHS browser extension on portal listing pages.
